I’ve had a varied career as a journalist, producer, marketeer, and later as a digital leader at the BBC, where I managed teams and worked closely with senior stakeholders.
Recently, I graduated with a business management degree from the University of Roehampton. As a husband and father of two amazing teenage daughters living in semi-rural Surrey,
I’ve embraced coaching techniques in my management style to help colleagues improve their performance and realize their potential. Additionally, I offer mentoring services helping small business owners to grow and thrive.
The process involves a series of conversational sessions aimed at fostering improvement or change, centered on the individual in a non-judgmental environment that may not be achievable in typical work or personal situations.
I use a non-directive style , where I collaborate with clients, listening to their challenges and working towards a desirable outcome or to achieve an objective. It’s a partnership of equals where I do the majority of listening, but we work together on seeking a resolution.
